“THE LIGHT TRAIL”: A Visual Journey into The Senses
Virtual Group Workshops and Private Sessions
In this is a Multi-Sensory Experiment, participants will learn the concepts of Synesthesia and Sensory Memory and explore the links between the senses by recalling sensory memories to the conscious mind. This series is response to these times of social distancing when not only we might be deprived of touch and other senses but also when it seems we must rely mostly on our “vision” to connect to others and space around us. Besides learning how to “see intuitively", participants will be introduce to the idea of “energy transmutability” - an essential pillar of the Sensory-Somatic structure.
Virtual Live Events
For the time being, all workshops and private sessions are being held online via Zoom. Participants will receive the Zoom meeting link after registration. If you live or are planning to visit Bishop, Please contact me if you’re are interested in a in-person or a hybrid session.
What you will need: Please join the meeting from a warm quiet place at home or other location. You will need to have enough room to move around ( at least 3 feet around a yoga mat or large towel). A yoga mat or large towel. A tennis ball. At least 1 item (stimulus) per sense from the Sensory Stimuli list that you will receive after registering. A notebook and pencil to write, sketch, etc. If you plan taking the more energetic path, please have water and a small towel handy.
