Fear is one of the most “powerful” limitations in the artist and non-artist alike. If you, like myself, share the belief that energy can’t be destroyed - only transformed or “transmuted”, you'll appreciate the great potential of fear and the need to learn how to harvest its healing and creative powers. “Transcending" fear and transforming this energy into an inspirational source for the artist or, a personal empowering force for everyone by engaging the senses - man’s innate healing system - is the focus of these workshops.
What you will need: Please join the meeting from a warm quiet place at home or other location. You will need to have enough room to move around ( at least 3 feet around a yoga mat or large towel). A yoga mat or large towel. A tennis ball. At least 1 item (stimulus) per sense from the Sensory Stimuli list that you will receive after registering. A notebook and pencil to write, sketch, etc. If you plan taking the more energetic path, please have water and a small towel handy.
